Round II – Semi-Final Round
What’s at Stake?
The Winner of the EpicPecs Award for Best Chest of 2024 will receive:
- $500 in cash (USD)
- Custom-engraved Award Cup
- Commemorative Gold Medallion
- Framed Award Certificate
- Surprise gifts
- Induction into the EpicPecs Hall of Fame
- If the Winner is interested, he will receive 100% of net revenue from sales of an EpicPecs premium video showcasing the Winner’s spectacular pecs, produced by our creative team. This is optional for the Winner and not a requirement for winning.
The Candidates
Includes all men featured on the EpicPecs Instagram page from November 1, 2023 through October 31, 2024—displayed below in chronological order. In addition, the 2023 Best Chest Award winner, runner-up and third-place finisher are automatically eligible to compete in the 2024 contest. There are a total of 154 candidates.
Men featured between November 1, 2024 and October 31, 2025 will compete for the Fourth Annual EpicPecs Awards – Best Chest of 2025, next November.
Voting Process
Three Rounds
Round I – Nov 16-22 – Elect 16 Semi-Finalists from 154 Candidates- Round II – Nov 23-29 – Elect 8 Finalists from 16 Semi-Finalists
- Round III – Nov 30-Dec 6 – Elect winner of the Third Annual EpicPecs Awards – Best Chest of 2024
For each round, voting begins at 12:00 am EST (UTC -5) on the first day and continues through 11:59 pm EST (UTC -5) on the last day.

Official announcement of the Third Annual EpicPecs Awards – Best Chest of 2024 winner, runner-up, and third-place finisher.
Late December 2024
Presentation of the Award Cup and $500 cash and more to the winner!
