We will begin accepting nominations for the Fourth Annual EpicPecs Awards (2025) on December 28, 2024.
You may nominate candidates in all award categories except Best Chest*.

* Contestants for Best Chest include all of the men featured on the EpicPecs Instagram page (@epicpecs) between November 1, 2024 and October 31, 2025, who are selected with significant input from the EpicPecs Community throughout the year. Winners are chosen each November in three rounds of community voting.

INDIVIDUAL AWARDS
Best Pecs Bouncer
The superpower of ego lifters everywhere.
Judging based on PROFICIENCY in pecs bouncing, not aesthetics.
Eligible: Any man who posted at least one pecs-bouncing video to his social media (public accounts only) after 31 Oct 2022, and who will be at least 18 years of age by 31 Oct 2025.
Most Touchable Pecs
The pecs that make you drool like a bloodhound.
Eligible: Any man with a public social media account who will be at least 18 years of age by 31 Oct 2025.
Best Untrimmed Pecs
From soft fur patches to beastly manes, chest hair can be super sexy.
“Untrimmed” includes any chest that is not hairless or nearly hairless—even if the chest hair is clipped.
Eligible: Any man with a public social media account who will be at least 18 years of age by 31 Oct 2025.
Best Pro Card Pecs
The most aesthetic pecs on a professional-level competitor.
Eligible: Any IFBB, IFBB Elite, or WNBF (including affiliates) pro with a public social media account who earned his pro card and who will be at least 18 years of age by 31 Oct 2025.
Best Teen Pecs
Teenage gym bros at the peak of their youthful, Greco-Roman beauty. Even the gods are jealous.
Eligible: Any man with a public social media account having his 18th, 19th or 20th birthday between 1 Nov 2024 and 31 Oct 2025.
Best Pecs Over 35
Let’s face it, men age differently (life ain’t fair). Some kings be rockin hard, tight muscle and supple skin well into middle age.
Eligible: Any man with a public social media account who will be at least 35 years of age by 31 Oct 2025.
CONTENT AWARDS
Nominations of content that includes erotic material are accepted. However, the nominated content will be judged solely on the pecs-focused, non-erotic, above-the-waist portions. Any erotic portions of the nominated content will be disregarded for judging purposes.
If the pecs bro depicted in the content and the content creator are not the same person, both individuals will receive an award.
Hottest Video of 2024
That scorching pecs vid you looped and could not get out of your head.
Eligible: Any content posted to social media (public accounts only) between 1 Nov 2024 and 31 Oct 2025 in which every person depicted will be at least 18 years of age by 31 Oct 2025.
Best Pecs Flaunting Video
When gym bros are not training, they’re usually flaunting their gainz—for the mirror, for their homies, for their boos, for their mamas, for randos on the street, for anyone who’s watching!
“Flaunting” includes all forms of showing off the pecs—including flexing, self-grabbing, self-poking, exiting a pool, shirtless running, calisthenics or weight training, going shirtless in public, etc.
Eligible: Any content posted to social media (public accounts only) between 1 Nov 2024 and 31 Oct 2025 in which every person depicted will be at least 18 years of age by 31 Oct 2025.
Best Workout Video
Influencers love to give advice. And while some of this “advice” may be questionable, all we care about is how they look giving it!
Instructional or demonstration videos by shirtless coaches only.
Videos made primarily for showing off the pecs—rather than educating the viewer—should be nominated for Best Pecs Flaunting Video, instead.
Eligible: Any content posted to social media (public accounts only) between 1 Nov 2024 and 31 Oct 2025 in which every person depicted will be at least 18 years of age by 31 Oct 2025.
Best Shower Video
Crystalline water flowing over beefcakes wrapped in tight, supple skin makes every pecs fan… well, wet.

Best Pecs Touching Video
Any open-hand-to-pecs content is eligible—casual bro-on-bro titty grabs, suntan lotion rubs, extended squeezes, full-on chest massages, intimate caresses, etc.
Self touch is not eligible for this award.
Please nominate self-touching videos for Best Pecs Flaunting Video, instead.

No open or fully unbuttoned shirts.
Eligible: Any content posted to social media (public accounts only) between 1 Nov 2024 and 31 Oct 2025 in which every person depicted will be at least 18 years of age by 31 Oct 2025.
Best Shirtless Mirror Selfie
Pics only. No Video. Extra points for muscles glistening with sweat.
Eligible: Any selfie (i.e. taken by the pecs bro depicted, not by a photographer standing behind him) posted to social media (public accounts only) between 1 Nov 2024 and 31 Oct 2025 in which every person depicted will be at least 18 years of age by 31 Oct 2025.
